Housing
1. Housing? Oh okay, its the land itself that's worthy. This is my reply to my friend. Dear Tun,
Actually these kind of buildings should be refurbished by the government and resell it to the other countries, made it a special classes, a perception where these buildings are newly build and good for investment. Delegate it to the developers or property agents, sell it to overseas ie. Australia, EU countries, and most importantly CHINA.sell these vacant 'abandoned' but refurbished 'perception' and marketing it strongly to them, they will buy definitely cos our property is sooo cheap for them.Cheers!
2. To improve the economy of the nations, first I would suggest some property booms needed to take place. Governments needed to make the people feel rich, so that their negative thoughts lies within themselves are vanish by the temptation of rising markets. 3. I would like to observe these kinds of booming successful market such as in HK and SH, these places are happening. People who lost their money and go suicide is a norm eh? That's how a successful market looks like. I know you guys are going to say i'M INSANE? But the only way to get the people buying and further trapping them is through the manipulated booming and bursting. Anyway, the strongest would survive or I mean, the one who is fated to run out before it crashes are the chosen ones to lead this new Malaysia?
4.In many countries the people don't even get to know where is Malaysia actually located. Seriously it is a shame that the tiny island of SG is much well known than the penisular eh? Simply because people know that SG is a heaven place to splash their hard earned savings, and of course holiday cum investment opportunities.
5. The only way is use the oil money to splash onto our share market, let the citizens express their happiness when they are worthy to feel that. This is the time when our brothers are sick. Get hold on and splash!
Rubbish?
1. It seems that if we don't carefully manage our rubbish disposal system in any near future, our country will be seriously doomed.
2. The greatest person in this world is the one who could transform rubbish into something that's people perceive as the world's most valuable commodity.
3. Crude oil supposed to be worth nothing since alternatives could be invented long before it is even being used globally. We could find much commodity with the same, or even alternatives entity which contains more carbon atoms which could fire up the engines. Who needs a crude oil when we can even uses pork lard to turn into energy? Watch National Geography, but..Hah! I won't tell you why~
4. Undeniably, people who used crude oil as an excuse to control this world are the ones who started everything since the beginning of history. Rubbish or Gold? It is all rely on one perception. Seriously, there's people who started realizing this truth are gone into naturalist or even environmental protectionist. Haha! That's sucks ain't? Google Venus Project. They even use their own electric magnetic generator which produces free energy.
5. If you think that going into green is the future, then I would like to congratulate you. You have just become one of those ordinaries. The only way to escape, I mean to be the one that transform rubbish into gold, we need to observe the current hype which would lead to the future.
6. Rat race? Hah! here you go..the person who invented the system would obviously never wish that someone could be like him. Therefore debt has been invented, recent hype regarding the home tuition fees rise would be an example. Obviously, we are all slaves. When we were born, we are already indebted to the mother nature. For most people, debt is relatively bad. Well I can't do anything about that, just read RDPD then?
7. Debt is only bad when one perceives as it is bad. Doesn't seem familiar? Quoted from the RDPD hah!
Well, sometimes there are things called fate. Give me your birthday and the time of your birth. Then I could roughly estimate whether how you perceive Debts in your life.

Dear Tun,I have watched discovery channel regarding waste disposal management. In Taiwan , there's a beautiful park in gao shiung , where the underneath is a rubbish disposal quarry before.they lay a layer of silicon carpet on top of the rubbish after being compressed, and add soil and solidify the soil. then, they build recreational parks for their citizens, a first class park being made by just adding layers of 'carpet' above the rubbish and add soil to it.Since it is not gonna be used to build houses, I assume it is safe to be used as a recreational park.A developed nation should have more kinds of these parks, in UK where I'm currently residing now, these parks are well maintained and every morning or weekends, these mat salleh brought their big fat dogs to walk in the park. If we want to achieve a developed nation, we should show these kinds of enjoyment we should have, although its just a perception, but other countries will see us, the citizens are care free and successful. These Mat Salleh ain't rich in fact, but they can show these kind of quality of life whereby in Malaysia, its hard to show these carefree as the parks are limited.Lastly, its all about perception management. If we build more parks, and the citizens get to spend time in there ie. taiwan , china and hong kong citizens are so actively in the park every morning and evening. They ain't rich, but why do they live so care free?It is because they have confident with their quality of life, they supported the government and they have the faith that they are well protected. Therefore, it is a paramount to build a perception where our people is carefree, whether he is rich or not, other nations citizens must look at him as 'rich, successful, and good government in Malaysia.'
